- How fast can you get here?
- Most days we can be out the same day. If you have no cooling in July or no heat in January, say so when you call and you go to the front.
- Do you charge more at night or at weekends?
- No. The price is the price whenever you call. A lot of companies double it after 5pm; we never have.
- Will you try to sell me a new system?
- Only when a repair genuinely costs more than it's worth, and then we show you the numbers both ways and let you decide.
- What does the diagnostic cover?
- $89 covers coming out, finding the fault and telling you the repair price. If you go ahead with the repair that day, it comes off the bill.
Get it looked at
